Machined Component Systems plc (MCS) was established in 1986 to provide primarily precision-engineered components to the automotive industry. Our customer client base now includes well-known brands as BMW, Ford, Nissan, Peugeot and Rover.

However as their reputation for quality and accuracy grew they were also approached by a variety of manufacturers and as a result are now proud to supply some of Britain’s top household brand names such as Dura Shifter Systems, Adwest, Metallifacture, Baxi Heating and Stannah Stair lifts.

We have an enviable reputation for producing components to extremely fine tolerances and our zero defects policy is highly valued by our customers. MCS Medical was established as a separate division to provide specialised medical component solutions including:

• Surgical screws
• Orthopaedic implants
• Dental implants
