We are proud to continue our association with Swiss machine manufacturer, Tornos.

MCS Medical has invested more than £2 million in Tornos technology, which is recognised across Europe as the preferred machine for manufacturing precise small parts for surgical applications.

The latest arrival - a Deco 2000 20a - marks the installation of our tenth Tornos machine and will increase our capacity to fulfil demand for surgical screws, orthopaedic implants and dental implants.

Such investment underlines our commitment to the production of precision engineered surgical components and gives customers confidence in placing their business with us - knowing that we have industry-leading engineers matched with industry-leading equipment.
